Cedric has been in the Real Estate industry for 24 years and currently volunteers as a local  United Way Board Member and NAREB Chapter President. He has spent 20 of those years actively involved in Sales and Marketing of distressed assets, HUD Homes and REO properties. As Broker/Owner of Ace Realty a Division of Future Age Enterprises, Inc. a California Corporation, Cedric provides seminars, home retention workshops, advice and consulting services to first time home buyers, distressed sellers, banks, outsourcers and investors in many areas as it relates to real estate. Cedric is a Certified REO, Short Sale, Property Management and Residential Expert.
